CAUCUS, CAUCUS WHO'S GOT THE CAUCUS?

The dates for the caucus's are sometime between now and 9/16/03. That is the last date they can be held. Us normal folk won't find out until 10 days before or 9/6/03 at the latest. The GOBs know because they control the dates and they are using the time to find people to run. Don't wait till the last minute to make your plans. Be prepared, as the Boy Scouts say. I'll let you know the dates as soon as I find out.
