DID YOU KNOW...

Almost three years ago I was reading or listening to an expert who said that there is a 2% error rate in any election no matter what equipment is used because the error rate is in the people who vote, not the equipment used to cast those votes. It makes sense once you think about it. First time voters, confused voters, elderly or just ordinary folks making a mistake while in the booth. Puts all this controversy in perspective doesn't it.
