Greek Peak Sports for the Disabled Program

Looking for a few good … people. The Greek Peak Sports for the Disabled program is looking for volunteers and participants for the 2003-2004 snow sports season. Our activities include downhill skiing, snowboarding, and mono-skiing.

Our program seeks to provide a snow sports experience for people whose disabilities would exclude them from the traditional teaching environment at Greek Peak. Our staff of 30-plus certified PSIA and Special Olympics instructors operates from a fully accessible adaptive snow sports building.

We welcome persons wishing to teach adaptive sports. Training begins in November, 2003. The program begins on January 4, 2004, offering morning and afternoon sessions.
