To all of the residents of Preble,

I wish to convey my thoughts to you regarding the flyer that we received. via the mail on or about October 21, 1999. It had its return address as the Preble Political Reform Committee. It claimed that its membership consisted of "about a dozen Preble Republicans who are outraged about the level of corruption in Preble." Upon reading its full contents', I concluded that hiding behind the facade of the name' "Republican" is/was a sham. Its attempt to detract the public from the real group failed. In my opinion, they are individuals who have an axe to grind and wanted to take it public. This despicable group (The PPRC) consists of a small number of spineless, cowardly, gutless, and ruthless "swine" who will stoop to the lowest point on earth to achieve their goals. I concluded this because of their cloak of silence by not signing their names to their worthless bit of communication.

To publicly hurt people by publishing their names is an unconscionable act that can never be recanted or erased. I look upon these people as "scum" from the melting pot. They are robots - cold and calculating ones--reaching out to destroy their victims. But they not only destroy their victims- they destroy their families, as well. The perpetrators of this pamphlet will be forever looked upon in Preble with disfavor from their neighbors and their acquaintances. (I doubt if they have any friends.) Their names will eventually surface because they have included among their "treasured" allies people whose mouths are so big and their brains so small that they cannot differentiate the right and wrong of their actions.

As I stated before- these people are robots. They have no hearts- no feelings- no love for life. They are worthless pieces of protoplasm who are so transparent that one can easily identify them at any time. I ask God to forgive them for their wrong doings- but, more importantly, I ask God to forgive me for this anger that I feel toward all of these people today.
