Bahou admits her mistake, As you can see from this letter Commissioner Bahou was forced
to apologize to Charlotte Morgan after the story appeared on
the prebleny.com web site. I don't think this is the end of
the story but I am glad to set the record straight and clear
Ms. Morgan of these charges. see
