Preble election Commissioner Charlotte Morgan has been reprimanded for her actions at the 2001 election.

Commissioner Morgan removed and prevented long time and devoted election worker Cathy Jenney from serving at the 2001 election illegally and has been reprimanded for it. Commissioner Morgan put Cathy in a most embarrassing situation. There is no evidence that Commissioner Morgan's actions against Cathy was a reprisal against Ed for running against the Democrat party's choice for legislator in the 2001 Democrat primary.
