Rumors and lies, the truth about Stan Kogut

It is unfortunate that those who are in favor of Flying J can't tell the truth. Comments are made that are baseless and hurtful. Case in point: Stan Kogut bought his property in 1966 and opposes Flying J. Those in favor of Flying J make the baseless claim that Stan 'knew' his property was zoned commercial when he bought it and shouldn't complain when something commercial wants to build next to him.

FACT: Stan's property was zoned RESIDENTIAL when he bought it and was rezoned commercial without his knowledge or consent. Next time you hear the lie about Stan you can show them the map of Preble (below) that is part of Stan's mortgage and clearly shows the truth.

When you hear something about our group keep this in mind. We don't lie, they do! We have nothing to gain by Flying J coming to Preble, they do!
