Millis shuts up Brennan!
Former councilman Jim Millis tells outgoing councilman Anne Brennan to shut up and she does!

I might have tried this myself if I thought it would have worked. Too late now as tonight was Brennan's last regularly scheduled meeting of a 16 year career on the town board. But what a way to end it. I'll have a full report later as time permits. Tonight's meeting started with outgoing county legislator Max Stoker calling me a terrorist! (I was a few minutes late and got the details after the meeting from John Steger who said it was just Stoker's opinion?) Then Jim Millis got up and read the letter (below) and had a few choice words. At one point Anne Brennan tried to interrupt him and he told her off and she shut up. . . amazing. I'm gonna miss Anne, but now that's she's gone maybe someone else will get a chance to talk. The Tully ambulance issue came up and was a long discussion. The end result was that on Monday morning before the meeting TLC got it cleared up with Tully ambulance and we will have coverage as before. Misinformation, wrong information, confusion is at the heart of this. More on that later. The town board was asked to make a statement about the targeted vandalism to those of us who Stoker referred to as terrorists and they refused. Now we will know whom to blame if it happens again. As with all of this I will have a more detailed report later. It was one heck of an evening.
