Fran Casullo's office finally sent me the documents I asked for. This is the response by Shafer's office to the appeal of the buffer zone as handed to Casullo at the 9/7/2000 ZBA meeting by Amanda Shaw. Pity he delayed so long in getting this to us. In the future we will have to send a FOIL demand for everything.
