Song Mountain News: Why is Peter Harris trying to shut this web site down? Is it the HUGE snow making well?

Look at the list of things (below) that we require to allow Peter Harris's to use our water, and then one can only wonder. So far, he has spent more money on lawyers trying to shut down this web site then it would have cost him to follow the rules. Why? Following the rules would mean that Peter Harris would only be able to use the amount of water the law allows. Not following the rules would allow Peter Harris to use as much water as he wanted, when he wanted, without consideration of anyone else. But is this what Peter Harris wants to do? Let's look at what he has done in the past about following rules, and see if that gives us any indication of what he might do in the future.

Song Mountain News: JOSEPH J. HEATH'S letter to Bernhard P. Molldrem, Jr., Esq.

These are the letters about Song Mountain Resorts attempt to take away my rights and this web site. At the end of Joe's letter is a link to Bernhard P. Molldrem, Jr., Esq.'s original letter to me. The "T. Lynch, Esq." at the end of Molldrem's letter is Tom Lynch, a lawyer and a minority partner in Song Mountain Resort. I'll have profiles of Molldrem and all the partners shortly, so we will all know who we are dealing with.

Nader for President - www.voteNader.org -

Why Ralph is running
Just watched him on Meet The Press and, well, he is at least, passionate about his reasons. The difference between politics and sports is in sports, when your team loses, you blame your team. In politics when your guy loses you blame everybody else BUT your guy. Do you credit the other guy for your win, when you win? Campaigns are won and lost by the candidate, no one else. It is up to each candidate to convince people to vote for them and if they can't do it, then it is their fault, no one else's. To try to keep any candidate out of a race for any reason is wrong, it's not American. I won't vote for Nader but he should not be chastised for wanting to run.

The Vietnam Syndrome, Again - The mistake Democrats make when they compare Iraq to Vietnam. By Christopher Hitchens

A war fought with weapons of indiscriminate slaughter, and accompanied by racist rhetoric, with a conscript Army deployed against a highly evolved revolutionary movement is as different as could possibly be from a campaign of precision-guided munitions, with an all-volunteer Army, directed at the overthrow of a hideous and dangerous tyranny, and then taking the form of a drive for free elections and a constitution. If people say that it's "reminiscent" of Vietnam, it means they don't remember Vietnam.
