The archdiocese of New York, headed by Cardinal Timothy Dolan, the archdiocese of Washington, D.C., headed by Cardinal Donald Wuerl, the University of Notre Dame, and 40 other Catholic dioceses and organizations around the country announced on Monday that they are suing the Obama administration for violating their freedom of religion, which is guaranteed by the First Amendment to the Constitution.
The dioceses and organizations, in different combinations, are filing 12 different lawsuits filed in federal courts around the country.
The Archdiocese of Washington, D.C. has established a special website----to explain it lawsuit and present news and development concerning it.
"This lawsuit is about an unprecedented attack by the federal government on one of America’s most cherished freedoms: the freedom to practice one’s religion without government interference," the archdiocese says on the website. "It is not about whether people have access to certain services; it is about whether the government may force religious institutions and individuals to facilitate and fund services which violate their religious beliefs." ...

In numerous appearances over the years — most recently at the Barnard graduation — he has made reference to how women are smarter than men. It’s all so tired, the kind of fake praise showered upon those one views as easy to impress. As I listen, I am always bracing for the old go-to cliché: “Behind every great man is a great woman.”
Some women are smarter than men and some aren’t. But to suggest to women that they deserve dominance instead of equality is at best a cheap applause line. ...

Politicians are a lower grade of people who want fame and fortune but are not smart enough to earn the fortune, nor are they talented enough to earn the fame. They become politicians and make laws that make it legal for them to steal money which they then use to buy fame.

And the irony of it, at the beginning of the rant he starts by saying he's out their to refute the charge and that he and other Democrats are resentful envious class warriors and then he says, 'I resent the rich' as a way of refuting that. I'm not sure he even knows what he's saying."
All of America, both dems and reps alike, for the sake of the country, wish Obama will stay healthy.

WKRO-AM's Howie Carr spoke with Twyla Barnes, a Cherokee genealogist who runs a blog dedicated to Cherokee affairs and who has researched Elizabeth Warren's genealogy and has found absolutely no evidence of any Indian heritage. She said Elizabeth needs to apologize to the Cherokees, to all Native Americans and to the voters for perpetrating a fraud.
Twyla Barnes reached out to Elizabeth Warren and said "It seems you would like the “attacks” against your claims of Cherokee ancestry to stop so I thought I would offer some advice on how to make it stop. Tell the truth…. "

It's nice to have others come to my finding. Obama will lose 55/44 as I've been saying for over a year. This article covers many of the reasons to which I'll add, it's the economy stupid. It's really that simple. When a team loses the owners replace the coach. When a president presides over a losing economy the voters fire him and hire the other guy. The economy is bad, has been bad and won't get better in time to save Obama's job. He'll be fired.
